Complex adim tasks are automated in MainStay to the level where they become "push-button"
actions : a whole batch of correspondance, for example, can be printed out at

to break off from entering an enquirers details, say, to inspect the availability
chart or print a guests bill: no problem!

can customize MainStay by setting different options according to your needs. Certain
features, and even entire modules, can be switched on or off at your discretion.
These settings can be changed at any time.

appropriate to the task at hand is available on your screen by clicking the "Help"
button or choosing help from the MainStay menu.

latest relational database technology ensures that your data has the best protection
from accidental corruption.
Password protection, user menus and an activity log are all included to keep you
in control.
And there is an automatic end of day backup of your data for complete peace of

MainStay
contains all the facilities needed to satisfy both you AND your accountant. Every
financial transaction you make is recorded in detail for future reference.
MainStay adheres to standard book-keeping practice throughout, accounts for VAT
if necessary and uses a strict double entry system.
You'll find a series of management reports designed to provide you with key information
needed for decision making.
At the end of each month you can transfer infromation from MainStay to a separate
accounts package automatically. Links to accounting products from Sage and Pegasus
are built in and ready to run.
