A concise arrivals and departures list is available from MainStay which shows
room transfers, in house guests and rooms available for sale.
Any special needs or reminders noted at the time of reservation will be printed
clearly on the A&D list so they won't be forgotten.
To help plan resources in advance, our seven day summary
report can highlight staffing requirements for the housekeeper as well as the
restaurant manager.
MainStay provides more than 40 different reports as standard.
You can customise many of these before printing, for example:
· to vary the level of detail shown
· to change the way the information on a report is broken down
· to adjust the sort order.
All reports can be previewed on the screen before printing. MainStay offers a
number of forecast and historical reports for analysis of occupancy and revenue
figures. Many of these reports offer comparison with prior year actuals or a budget.
Budgets can be keyed or generated automatically from prior year information if
you prefer. Revenue and occupancy budgets can be held per month or per day, and
a choice of reporting period (week, month, quarter etc.) and calendar is entirely
up to you.
